Disclaimer: Neither JTS Financial Services nor SimpleWill, LLC is a law firm and neither engages in the practice of law. All legal services associated with a SimpleWill plan shall be rendered by a law firm licensed in the State where the services will be rendered (a “Firm”), and with respect to employee benefit plans, as part of a “prepaid group legal service plan” as defined by attorney Rules of Professional Conduct governing licensed attorneys. No attorney-client relationship is being created between any user (and/or user’s spouse) and JTS Financial Services or SimpleWill, LLC. Any attorney-client relationship created pursuant to enrollment in SimpleWill shall be between a Firm and the user (and/or users’s spouse, as applicable), and it shall be evidenced by a separate, written engagement letter, between a Firm and its client.
